Our whale watching trip wasn't what we'd hoped for—we only caught a few brief, distant glimpses of whales. The captain told us it was the quietest trip he'd had all season, so unfortunately we were just unlucky. Despite that, I can't speak highly enough of the captain and crew. They were warm, genuine, knowledgeable and worked incredibly hard all afternoon trying to find whales for everyone on board. They kept us informed about what they were seeing, explained whale behaviour, and never stopped looking. You could tell they were just as disappointed for us as we were. Wildlife is unpredictable, and no operator can guarantee what nature will do. What they can control is their professionalism, enthusiasm and care for their passengers, and this team excelled in all of those. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would happily book with them again in the hope that next time the whales decide to put on a show.

Rented a 12 person pontoon for half a day (3 hours) and spent Saturday afternoon with family and friends. Those who manage and maintain it were very friendly and helpful. We requested a barbecue and they immediately got us one at no additional charge. The creek was a bit shallow. We spent time trying to fish and doing barbecue. Overall we had a blast. Definitely recommend it

Did a whale tour in July. Staff were fabulous, day was beautiful, saw dolphins and a few whale sprays. Great to see cliffs and bay. Great information about whales and the area and some good tunes on the way back in. Willndefinitley be back to do another one.

Went out with the family whale watching and had a lovely time. I was worried a whale watching cruise was just a cruise with a whale painted on the side, but we saw a number of whales clearly breaching the surface, doing belly flops and tail splashes and flipper waves. :) The team has a nice patter and seemed genuinely engaged with the hunt. Would recommend 👍

We had the absolute best experience on our cruise! A huge shoutout to our skipper Henry and crew member Summer—they were absolutely amazing. They brought the best vibes, fantastic humor, and top-tier service that kept everyone smiling the whole time. To top it all off, the wildlife did not disappoint! We lucky enough to see dolphins, a sea lion, and I believe around 8 whales! It was an unforgettable, amazing time. Highly recommend! 🐋✨

We had an absolutely perfect day out with Jervis Bay Wild. The crew was fantastic - incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful to answer every single question we had. They put so much effort into making sure we experienced the absolute best of the bay. The ultimate highlight was getting to see a rare double breach by the whales. An unforgettable experience!

What a great cruise company. Not only was the captain knowledgeable and exciting to listen to, all of the staff were warm, friendly and genuinely just as excited to see the wildlife as the customers. We saw hump backs, dolphins, a seal and sea birds. Would definitely book again. Well done team.

A fantastic experience on the Jervis Bay Passage Cruise. Weather was perfect, views were spot on, the crew were incredibly friendly and passionate, the stories from the captain were wonderfully told, and we saw dolphins within 10 minutes of leaving shore - all round brilliant!

We had a fantastic trip with Jervis Bay Wild. Skipper Henry was excellent — knowledgeable, funny, and made the whole cruise really enjoyable. Chris was great too, very friendly and helpful on deck. We saw beautiful cliffs, clear turquoise water, and a pod of dolphins. The crew made us feel welcome the whole time. Highly recommend Jervis Bay Wild, especially with Henry and Chris. Great experience!

We went on two cruises with Jervis Bay Wild, the 'Dolpin Cruise' and the 'Sundowner creek cruise'. On both the crew where very welcoming and professional. Displaying a great knowledge of the area and the marine life. On the dolphin cruise, as well as seeing a pod of dolphins displaying great acrobatic skills we also were lucky enough to encounter 2 humpback wales, a mother and calf. What a wonderful day. The sundowner cruise was also a wonderful experience, cruising up the creek and seeing sea eagles, kingfishers amongst other wildlife and the watching the sunset over the water.
