Any personal expenses incurred by clients as a result of any delay or alterations of any tour due to reasons listed above are the responsibility of the client. Jervis Bay Wild will not accept any responsibility for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner as a result of negligence or otherwise, for any product or operator not operated by Jervis Bay Wild.
Jervis Bay Wild strongly recommends that all travellers arrange adequate travel insurance to protect against sickness or accident, loss of luggage and any costs incurred, including cancellation charges.
Jervis Bay Wild offers experiences provided by third party operators, but takes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising in any manner as the result of negligence from a third party operator.
By way of government and company regulations, smoking is prohibited on our vessels.
