Port Venture and Wild Essence are our two prized boats, both with so much to offer our guests. Meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean, we place tremendous value on our vessels, and keep them in “ship shape” for our guests and crew to enjoy. Bold and Beautiful
The Port Venture is a large and comfortable 18.5 metre catamaran. This vessel is spacious and accommodating, so we use it often for our eco cruises. Capable of carrying up to 100 people, the Port Venture has five different viewing levels. On this ship, you’re sure to have a great panorama of the surrounding water. The multi-level decks makes the Port Venture ideal for our dolphin eco cruise or whale watching tour, when guests want a great vantage point for ocean viewing.
This boat is ideal for guests of all ages and also offers disabled amenities on board. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable, so we have an entry ramp which lies level with the dock. This allows ease of access for those passengers with mobility concerns or those using wheelchairs.
The Port Venture is used for eco cruises and also serves as the vessel of choice for our boom netting tour. In fact, the Port Venture is the only boom netting boat found in Jervis Bay, so you can be sure you’re enjoying a special, once-in-a-lifetime experience during your day out with us.
Wild and Free
Much like the sleek and majestic bottlenose dolphin, we like to think our second cruise vessel represents a sense of freedom and adventure. The Wild Essence is truly a popular boat out on Jervis Bay, and is beloved by our resident dolphins. On a dolphin eco-cruise, you’ll consistently see the speedy animals racing alongside the boat as it glides through the ocean. The dolphins are familiar with Wild Essence, and visit her nearly every day she is out on the water.
Uniquely designed with special underwater viewing windows, the Wild Essence gives passengers the exciting opportunity of viewing Jervis Bay below the ocean’s surface. These viewing windows offer great visibility to see the wildlife right in their natural, underwater habitat. It’s a thrill to come face to face with one of our dolphin friends while sailing aboard the Wild Essence. This is an experience you won’t soon forget.
Although the Wild Essence is somewhat smaller than the Port Venture (holding a maximum of 48 guests), it can provide a cosier, more intimate experience. Both vessels are available for private tours and charters, and depending on your party size and your needs, one may be more suited to your preferences.
